Challenge
To take over a legacy ecommerce store and replace the back-end system to improve usability, increase sales and allow integration with a third party stock control system.
Process
Rebuilt and improved the old templates. Implemented the latest FlexiStore platform and integrated with Retail IT’s EPOS system. We also run a PPC and Search Engine Optimisation campaign for O&C Butcher which is essential in driving traffic to the site.
Result
Products can now be launched directly from the stock control system which means staff in the shop don’t need to manually control stock levels. This has been a huge step forward for O&C Butcher and sales have more than doubled online.
