The Challenge
Nomad needed a new ecommerce website that was faster and easier to use. Reliant on customers being able to book online quickly and simply, they didn’t want to take risks, they wanted a stable, proven platform that they could totally rely on.
The Process
The site was designed following the Nomad brand guidelines and user-friendly templates were created steering customers towards sales. We implemented a tried and tested eCommerce platform which integrated with the Cybertills EPOS system for seamless stock control and order management. This allowed us to provide tools such as the Product Launcher where new products are pulled in from the stock control system, their details are displayed in the admin system and they can then be easily edited before being published to the website. We also provide search marketing for Nomad which has been integral in driving traffic to the site.
The Result
The site was launched in June 2007. Traffic and sales have at least doubled since launch, a very satisfactory result!
