What exactly happens when you request a site from Infotex UK ? See our five step plan below.
1. Assessment & Planning
The process starts with a visit from one of our Client Support Executives. Their job is to identify exactly what you require from a site, and then offer the various options available for your consideration. When you have decided on your preferred way forward, they will then assist you in compiling the information necessary for site construction to take place, and forward this information to our design and administrative centre.
2. Design and Development
On receipt, we will assign a designer to take care of the design format, and a text developer to prepare your textual content. The designer will liaise directly with you where necessary in order to create a proof design for your consideration. You can have as much input in the design process as you wish, and on completion, the proof site will be published to a 'private' address for you to look at and propose any changes that you wish implemented.
3. Site Publication
Once these changes are made, the site will again be provided for approval, and only upon your instructions will full publication take place to your nominated address. Commercial hosting, email forwarding and all associated services are taken care of for you at this point, and testing also takes place to ensure that each function is operating efficiently.
4. Site promotion
Site publication is the prompt for us to undertake submissions to all of the major search engines and directories on your behalf, with monitoring and re-submissions an integral part of our service to you within any of our design packages.
5. Customer Care
Is publication where our service ends ? Certainly not. It's just the end of the beginning, and the point where a nominated client liaison officer will take over to assess and look after all of your future needs.
